Hi all. The PRL Serials almost went on hiatus because of my personal issues. It’s happened before. Finishing Vol. II was a challenge because of our lack of planning, but also because I was distracted by a boy. Distracted is the wrong word. It was a difficult time for me in general and it didn’t help that my understanding of love and romance was also being shattered by the man that I want to marry. But mostly, it was poor planning that stalled us because writing is a good way to cope with that level of catharsis and the Interim Shorts helped me sort out my feelings.
Recently, I hit a rough patch and then the coronavirus came, and everything has been different lately. I don’t do well with change and I was worried that all of this would affect my ability to contribute to Vol. VI, aka the most consequential volume of the Serials to date. But I’m not the same man who contributed to Vol. II and I realized that the show must go on, especially in these trying times.
None of that is why I’m here today, I just wanted to explain the disappearing post from last week if you happened to see it. The PRL Serials aren’t going anywhere, you know where to find the best serial fiction on the internet, it’s always here and we are always cooking up good things for you dear reader. You can count on that.
The Interim Shorts continue as we come to the last series of this period, and the conclusion of Lost in Space. It’s been a wild ride, Darker on Vwrawl and Maria on Oin, and it’s about to get even more wild when Wes presents Hyperion, starring the ever enigmatic Alia. You will not want to miss this.
It’s coming at you soon, or soon enough. Stay safe and healthy out there. Well, in there, and by there I mean your house.
