Description: Xêvioso’s first deck is designed to be strong in order to battle the powerhouses of Gu’s first deck. The Xêvioso’s First Smiting Deck Set can be used to play the game of Peace independent of the game of Smiting. His first deck contained only beings of his disc.
The 5 Platonic solids, Dice, are called a tetrahedron, hexahedron, octahedron, dodecahedron and icosahedron with 4, 6, 8, 12, and 20 sides respectively.
To play Peace with this set, the deck contains the correct number of duplicate cards required of each card. The cards should be sorted into Gold, Enhance, and Exemplar Cards. Each player starts each game with seven gold cards. The deck of exemplar cards is shuffled and dealt clockwise and face down to between 2 and 4 players (it is recommended to combine two complete decks to play with 4 players); the player to the right of the exemplar cards dealer should simultaneously shuffle then deal the deck of enhanced cards face down. To start, each player reveals all Enhance cards–gold, totems, and weather cards–face up in front of them. Then, starting with the player to the dealer’s left, each player reveals one Exemplar card–warriors, merchants, smiths, or judges cards–from their hand.
The player who reveals the Exemplar card with the highest order score as indicated on the card rolls for Peace using the indicated dice. The Order Score reflects a character’s ability to impose their order on others. If Exemplars have the same highest score, then their players roll the indicated dice three times; whichever player rolls highest two out of three times rolls for Peace. When a player rolls for peace, if they roll more than half of the total dice number, then Peace is established and that player collects the book and wins the round; half is a success. Weather and totem cards can be used to influence rolls as indicated on the cards. A player can also pay the opponent who played the second highest Exemplar for the turn two gold cards to roll again. If the player does not roll more than half to establish Peace, the player who played the second highest Exemplar rolls the dice indicated on their Exemplar to get more than half to collect the book. A failure shifts the turn to the player with the third highest exemplar and so on, starting over at the beginning if no player rolls successfully until a player is successful. The player who successfully establishes Peace, plays the first card of the next round, until all cards are played. Players can buy, sell or trade totem cards before the first round and between rounds. Totems and weather cards are played as indicated on the cards.
Players add up the total of their books collected from the game and the player with the highest total books gets 7 points. The player with the highest amount of gold gets 4 points. The player who used the most totem cards during the game gets 3 points, and the player who used the most weather cards during the game gets 3. If there are any ties, then each player who got the highest in each category gets points.
All cards are collected and shuffled between games.
After 7 games, the scores from each game are totaled, and the player with the highest score wins the game.
