Eakran 15 (also known as Dr. Thomas Eakran) – Druinte Representative to the Interstellar Panel and Institute for Brain Function Liaison to the US Center for Disease Control, Food and Drug Administration, and Central Intelligence Agency on Earth.
Davin Swite – Master Tailor to all Monarchs of Ointite.
Kazi Ethrel – Magician and Traveling Entertainer, originally of the Eeling Lubose District. On the planet Eel, the Kazi are said to be descendant from their creator, gifted with the power to perform miracles. Ethrel was taken in by the Kazi Veil in the Tetah District as an orphaned child. The Kazi there saw magic in him and trained Ethrel in their ancient ways. Ethrel never mastered their arts (he believes that this is because he was not born Kazi), but the magic he did learn is impressive to the crowds of Eeling he entertains in every district. He performs elaborate shows in district center squares and he is known for making things explode then reassemble, and for launching onlookers high into air and then guiding them down safely and unharmed. The Eeling hibernate during their planet’s coldest season and the end of hibernation is celebrated with a massive festival that Ethrel has headlined for many hibernation cycles in recent history.
Ashraf Fayadh – Poet and Artist originally of Earth’s Gaza Strip Region. Fayadh has lived in the country of Saudi Arabia in recent years and was sentenced to death for actions and artistic works that authorities believed promoted ideas of atheism and a rejection of the country’s Muslim religion. His sentence sparked outrage from Earth’s Muslim community and others, and some reached out to President Barack Obama of the United States of America to pressure King Salman of Saudi Arabia to commute the sentence, though there is no evidence that pressure was ever exerted. Fayadh’s sentence was eventually overturned and he was sentenced to 8 years in prison and 800 lashes. The country of Saudi Arabia is ruled by its religious monarchy that enforces Sharia Law, which it believes to be divine law, or rules handed down from their creator that dictate social norms and customs. Countries on Earth have many different political organizations and not all are dictated by religious doctrine. Condemnation of Fayadh’s imprisonment continues around the planet because the sentence of 800 lashes could be life threatening. Lashes are a form of judicial corporal punishment that is usually carried out on a weekly basis, 50 lashes at a time, and offenders are hit on the back with a whip or cane.

Kal Qor – Former paramour of Captain Nuren on Wiis, and current inhabitant of Xx Banned Regions. Qor was a lover of Captain Nuren (who is married and has been for many years) and fathered all five of her daughters. He fled Wiis following the second Fhetat attack because he disagreed with Nuren’s policy of forced military conscription of males. All-male units of the Wiis Defense Ministry’s lower ranks were regularly sacrificed in the early stages of the conflict as the Fhetat S9 forces exhausted their ammunition, leaving them vulnerable to the massive force of the WDM’s advanced units (advanced units are made up exclusively of women; men are still unable to serve in ranks at the advanced level and above). Qor traveled to the banned regions by chance and has formed a safe zone within the banned regions for all homeless beings of the universe seeking refuge. Qor is a fugitive of Wiis for knowingly inhabiting the banned regions, but his fugitive status is not recognized or enforced by other planets who view his work in the safe zone as a positive for the many refugees of war who have been driven off of their home worlds. Qor is said to have established an agreement with the Xx dictator which is why the safe zone has thrived in the banned regions despite the violence caused by criminal organizations and rogue leaders that terrorize much of the regions. His contact with the Xx Dictator has not been confirmed.
Riqurl – Notorious for refusing mating rights with the Queen of Northern Spawning Krognians.
Telyne Sle-ay – Scientist in the Fhetat Section 16. Sle-ay is a direct descendent of the Fhetatian scientists who pioneered and perfected technology that allows the civilization to colonize asteroids. She is responsible for the current recycling protocols on all Fhetat sections that now makes the Fhetat completely sustainable. She is well known and respected all around the Fhetat but has faced criticism in recent years for sharing her breakthroughs with the Hajeris, who the Fhetatians formally recognize as enemies because of their alliance with the Rhasdwiis. She is currently on house arrest in her home which Fhet King Cras-myne Re ordered following her return from her last trip to Hafjeran, the home planet of the Hafjeris. Sle-ay is challenging her imprisonment that has impeded her mission of bringing sustainability to all known civilizations in the universe.
