Game Master: Hysteria is in her high tower that overlooks the large center court of the Arch on the moon of Endla. There are five total vistas on the moon arranged like a horseshoe around the large center court and Hysteria can see it all from her tower like large domes on the rocky red surface. The Arch that connects the vistas extends from Hysteria’s tower, over center court and the vista that is opposite the tower. When visitors arrive to the moon, they enter Hysteria’s tower on the ground floor and if granted permission, they can choose to take the vehicles that travel the Arch to arrive at any of the vistas below that are only accessible through the Arch and it’s branching skywalks because of the domes that cover each vista.

Each of the five vistas of the moon have frames of gold like doorways at the entrance from the skywalks that create a frame for the picturesque view inside. The vista that is located opposite of Hysteria’s tower is the Freshwater Vista. From the vantage of Hysteria’s tower, the Savannah Vista is the vista to the left of center and the Steppe Vista to the right. The Desert Vista is the furthest left and the Tundra Vista is the furthest right. And for the first time in a long time, Hysteria is alone on the moon. Until Zazel emerges through a portal and into the observation level of the tower where Hysteria stares out of the large window in deep thought.

Zazel: Have you seen Vrwawl?

GM: Zazel seems angry, but not her usual angry…

Zazel: Why are you here?

Hysteria: Be nice, Zazel. I invited him here after your memo. We were discussing the near future.

GM: Thank you, Hysteria. I’ve been playing this game with her for months now and she is just so difficult. I’ve only tried to be her friend.

Hysteria: Aww, Zazel, the Game Master is so nice. You should really be kinder to him. He’s helping shape something spectacular that will begin soon because I am just too excited to delay anymore.

Zazel: You’re talking about the Arbitration with the mmoatia? That will be a boring snooze fest. But what I saw on Vrwawl is evidence of genocide. Did we really do that to Vrwawl.

Hysteria: I haven’t seen it personally, but Vrwawl was practically a ball of rhasd. Of course the ophanim would want to take it to use in construction on other worlds, but I don’t think they’d kill Krognians. They are citizens of the empire.

Zazel: Can you pull up a view of the planet in your aspect?

GM: Hysteria nods as points of red light begin to issue from her body and in the clouds of red light, a view of the desert that had been the teeming oceans of Vrwawl is visible, though tinted red, giving the landscape of the planet a horrific feel.

Hysteria: This can’t be Vrwawl, I must have the wrong location.

Zazel: I was just there. The Aerphim killed an entire planet. Tracia said we did things like this, but she’s a liar, right?

Hysteria: My Arbitration will not separate the good from the evil, but it will give all interested parties an even playing field. I believe that the light of Mawu-Lisa will shine down on the activities that will commence here shortly and the wicked will be punished for their sins. The victor that emerges will be anointed by the mother-father and they will lead this universe to peaceful prosperity. The Arbitration will be a fighting tournament, Zazel. We will start with a melee of all contestants organized into teams going head to head in center court to eliminate their opponents. Those remaining by the end of the melee round will advance to a single elimination tournament where the victor will be decided.

Zazel: That’s not an Arbitration.

GM: Zazel sounds skeptical but there is an excited smirk on her face when Hysteria describes her plans.

Hysteria: I am in charge and have decided, so this is the Arbitration. Might and good strategy will win the day and the victor will establish terms for the peaceful future moving forward.

Zazel: Are you fighting in it?

Hysteria: That would be unfair. There will be at least two teams, one of Metatron and the Archangels and the other of the Mmoatia. They can form other teams of no more than ten participants if they are sure that their teams and their members will adopt their vision of peace. But all participants are expected to fight to win, no intentional losing. And that is something I can enforce.

Zazel: This doesn’t sound like you, Hysteria. A fitting tournament to make a peaceful future? A fighting tournament on your moon? What about your patients here?

Hysteria: I’ve sent them somewhere safe for the duration. Honestly, the idea wasn’t mine, it was Lorv who suggested it. I’ve thought about it since our talk and really it’s perfect. There are so many bad actors who have a say in the future of worlds they’ve never seen first hand. That’s how things like Vrwawl happen. I will let you all beat each other bloody for your sins and the best among you will be aching for peace. None of you really realize the power you wield. Now you all will feel it.

Zazel: What happens if the mmoatia win?

Hysteria: Whatever happens is the will of Mawu-Lisa.

Zazel: You know Mawu-Lisa is just a myth. The Vodun rule the Fonlands, there is nothing more powerful than them. Than Lêgba. And if you do this and the mmoatia win, won’t you anger Lêgba?

Hysteria: My duty is larger than the ego of a Vodun. This is destiny Zazel. Vrwawl will be avenged if losing it was a true tragedy and the Aerphim will pay their dues. Go to the Steppe, our cousins will join you soon, the Aerphim aligned ones anyway.

Zazel: I have to find Agiel…

Hysteria: I am bringing everyone here. Metatron and the Archangels have gathered at the Olympus vista. The mmoatia and yumboes aligned with Ahdis are on Earth. The Arbitration will begin very soon. I presume that the Archangels will form a team of the Third Sphere. If that is true, you should have recommendations for the ten. Though I am a neutral arbiter, I am rooting for you Zazel. You’re clear-eyed about the future of Endla and you can deal with the mmoatia. Metatron has struggled because of his affection for Lorv.

Zazel: I can’t believe the Arbitration isn’t going to bore me to death.

Hysteria: But it can still bring you death. Go and gather your thoughts. The Third Sphere will arrive shortly.

GM: Zazel takes a skywalk to the Steppe. She looks eager for the fight to come, almost as eager as Hysteria.
