We have reached the end, dear readers. It’s week thirteen, the last of our course, and we hope that it has been illuminating for you. It has been a pleasure to share tips with you so that you can secure friendships with influential people. Be it the mmoatia of the Fonlands, or the Aerphim of Endla masquerading as popstars, you now have the skills to make connections with anyone you encounter. Or you will after you internalize the last principle of the course.
: : :
Parallel Principle #13 : Enjoy yourself. If it’s not fun, don’t do it.
: :
This principle speaks for itself. If you’re not having a good time, don’t force it. If you’re not enjoying someone’s company, you don’t have to suffer. There are so many people in the world, if you don’t feel comfortable with some, find new ones who appreciate you for who you are. Life is short. If you’re not having fun, what’s the point?
:
That’s all, folks. Enjoy the end of Vol. 2! Come back soon for the Halloween Special, and thank you so much for being here with us.

It’s the dramatic conclusion of Thursday’s chaotic journey to stop Sunday from ending civilization as it exists. Can he do it? And if he does, what happens to the organization of Idiots around him? It all ends here, and you won’t believe the final showdown.
The Black Man Who Was Thursday: “‘Land on that building there,’ Monday said when they arrived in New York and were hovering over the Bronx. The white van that had been enhanced by Friday and flown by the five investigators from Texas was a sight from the street below and many people stopped to stare.”

It’s the last night of Third Heaven, and Ariel introduces her mother to the man who defines music, the one and only Seraphiel. Ariel and her mother are excited to be in the man’s presence, and they ignore the strange things around him.
The Divine Essence: “They take a motorboat to the island and they make their way from the boat along a concrete pathway that is adorned with lights to a large vista that sits on the edge of the island. Even in the evening with the sun setting, the vista is illuminated and it seems otherworldly with its geometric design like rectangles of polished stone assembled into two floors.”

Wes finally sits down with his uncle after almost a year. They are in his apartment and Wes can’t help but be happy to be with his uncle. But how is uncle Thomas holding up?
Come Close: “I know that my uncle is a homebody. He’s outfitted his space with all the things that make staycations better than vacations or weekend excursions. He’s got a big screen TV and a video game console, he’s got his fancy speakers and access to any music he wants, he has a refrigerator full of ingredients to make into world class cuisine.”

Lincoln is older and ready to take the world by storm, but he has doubts about a member of his band. Sure they make beautiful music together, but Lincoln’s rivalry with Brandon becomes a problem that threatens to bring the devil out of Lincoln.
Sun of the Morning: “I’m glad you got it and I trust you gone do what you say. It’s true for me too, if I ever get anywhere with music I’m taking y’all with me. When I present our work to other people, I’ll be honest about who did what. I guess we need to be clear on that then, who did what.”

Max wraps up the Shuffle with a tale of speed climbing. Mikayla likes to climb and when she gets the chance to compete in a race, she takes the opportunity. Can she defy expectations and win the race?
Shuffle: “She liked being up high where the oxygen was thin and surveying the expansive view around her. When she got to the Bronx, she was eager to be on the roofs of buildings that towered over everything and she loved the view of the city with its boxy, artificial design that existed in contrast to the natural, jagged view from a mountain summit.”

Tamarvan is regretting his trip back to Ladoga. Luckily, his former teacher, Mr. Smith, is there to help him process his very complex feelings about his hometown.
A Misguided Solution: “’I shouldn’t have come back here,’ Tamarvan said weakly. ‘I knew there was a reason I stayed away so long, but I put it away so far in the back of my mind that I forgot the details, you know?’”
