I want to stress that this is not the tale of the first humans to walk the Earth, but it is the tale of the first extraordinary people who pushed humanity to its limits.

Dr. Samuel Davenport, from 1923 Introduction of The First People

The First People have not been verified in the strictest sense; there are no frozen specimens, no fossil record, no ruins or structures that evidence a pre-ancient culture; but that does not mean that it is not true.

Dr. Lynnette Jones, from 1990 Introduction of The First People

From the Annals of the Consortium of Human History:

The Matter Spectrum

(author name withheld)

There are scale models of the physical universe that help us situate ourselves within the vast amount of known space that makes up it, and all of the matter that forms it. This is a logical endeavor; to show man that he is not the center of it all; to illuminate the dark spaces of human awareness to better understand the conditions that made us and can ultimately destroy us.

As important as this all is, it is only a small piece of the larger puzzle that is conscious experience. We have done well in our efforts to document the sensations of our senses that encounter the physical world. We can describe physical forces and processes that filter to our senses of sight and touch and hearing and taste and smell, because that is immediate and impossible to ignore.

But the human mind itself proves the existence of other states of consciousness, states of being, that do not engage our senses at all. Scientific theory bares this out as well, though proving the science is admittedly an extremely difficult endeavor. The idea of supersymmetry, that every known particle that constitutes our existence has a companion particle, makes us aware of particles that have yet to be discovered and may exist in undetectable dimensions. In the same way that science predicted the existence of black holes before their discovery, science has predicted realms of existence that influence the one we know, but in ways that we have yet to describe. We simply lack the imagination; the ‘we’ described refers to collective humanity that can’t even fathom the extraordinary truth of our First People predecessors. The human mind evidences other realms of perception, the consciousness that results from its formation does not exist in the mind in the strictest sense. The mind is the source of the impulses that bring the consciousness to life, but the consciousness itself is animated throughout the body and not contained to the brain. The consciousness becomes all of the nerve endings that register touch all over the skin, it is the feeling of dread or excitement in the stomach, it is the tickle in the throat. The consciousness, though, cannot be said to exist in the physical world. The body inhabits the physical world, and the consciousness forms around its biological processes, existing in the same place on the physical plane as the body, but existing over top of it and entangled so that effects on one can be felt on the other.

What happens to the consciousness when the body shuts down for sleep? It does not stop, as evidenced by our dreams, it seems to become free of the body altogether and exists in a place that can only be accessed by the disembodied sensations that raged to life as a consequence of physical existence, these energies that are not existent in the physical world, but are as vivid as your worst nightmares. These energies constitute the human soul and most people cannot control their mental energies in such a way that allows them to access this mental realm of existence with any authority; it seems that we only access this mental realm accidentally in sleep, and maybe even in daydreams. It is possible to access this realm purposefully, which I will explore further in another work.

This is not to say that all currently unpaired particles can find their companions in this mental realm, only that this is a possible location that can be explored. There are other proven veils of existence, such as the veil that the soul energies of men can inhabit on Earth to interact with mediums. This is not the same as the mental realm, it is the place that souls must also belong to as they are superimposed on the human body, though they are unable to traverse this realm with authority while their bodies exist in the physical realm in which it rests, and when the body ceases, the soul can then traverse this veil free from its body on the physical realm, and it must be able to access the mental realm at will as well, though I have yet to have a medium verify this.

The mediums in the employ of the Consortium of Human History confirm the existence of a dark and hellish realm, also a heavenly one of light. The spirits also tell of a realm that they have only heard about but never seen, a place that spirits are sometimes summoned to and are never seen again across any of the aforementioned realms.

My theory of the matter spectrum encompasses these proposed states of mental awareness. I posit that different types of matter characterize these different realms:

Matter – Physical Realm of Existence

Special Matter – possibly dark matter, the energies that make up the human soul, the energies of a Veil Existence on top of the physical realm

Dark Matter – possibly special matter and demonstrates a pervasive expanse and influence of the Veil Existence on a universal scale that is responsible for the structure of the universe

Antimatter – Opposite of matter, proximity to matter causes violent explosion, possibly sourced in the mysterious realm spoken of by mediums from which spirits never return

Void Spaces – it is tempting to lump black holes into this category, but these places have been detected by Consortium scientists as a source of a dark light, dark spaces that may correspond to the hellish places confirmed by mediums

The existence of special matter, the matter that constitutes the form of spirits in the physical realm, seems to evidence a realm of existence from which this matter emanates. This realm of special matter is accessed by the First People ancestors who exhibit extraordinary abilities that they source from this realm. The accounts of the ancient giant that were recorded by his family and now contained within the annals of the Consortium, explained that he could sense special matter. He could see an entire world superimposed on ours and he was able to change his size using things from this special realm that few others could see, including other First Peoples. Because this realm exists on top of the physical realm, it makes sense that this is the source of the energies that constitute the human spirit. Our bodies form impressions on this special realm and our souls come to exist in both, even though the soul is not aware of this special realm and their forms exist like trees or background scenery in the special realm to those who can detect it. Human spirits are made from special matter, they are not able to perceive the source realm unless they possess abilities similar to the ancient giant. This special matter is pervasive and it seems to be synonymous with dark matter.

Take a trip back to prehistory when early man mingled with the race of giants. Fomorn and Mog are back and their connection is finally made clear. How does their power relate to the matter spectrum? Keep reading to find out.

POWER (Annual): “Mog was a very typical giant of his time. He was slow to learn the ancient rights, then enthusiastic once he knew that he could use it to interact with a smaller world beneath him. Not wanted excitement away from training to be the man that his father had been, as extraordinary as he was. When he met Fomorn, Mog was on the shore of a beach, staring out at the unknown and wondering when he would get to know it.”

The Alia’s first trip to church was interrupted by the appearance of a blue angel-like person (#Aliaproblems). The strange encounter continues and Alia is recruited to restore balance to the afterlife.

Least Possible Future (Amazing Alia, the Alia Bk. *): “They don’t fly for long before the man stops in midair and Alia floats behind him, and then he lifts both hands before him and thrusts, like he is pushing against the space in front of him, and then a rectangle of reality seems to slide back, showing a world that looks very similar to the real one, but with splotches of neon colors that seem to stain the terrain.”

Wendy will drive back and forth to Clay’s house this issue, I hope her car has good gas mileage. Not that it matters to Wendy, no expense is too great when she discovers that the ancestors are disappearing and only the Alia can help them.

Family Ties (The Brave Chimutengwende Bk. 1): “The drive to Clay’s house is a familiar one and that is lucky because Wendy can’t hold a connection to her ancestor Tendayi long enough to use her for communication with the Alia. She arrives in the middle of the week, and it feels like bad luck that it is rush hour as she drives through Charlotte, North Carolina.”

Dr. Thomas Eakran has had many assistants over the years, but he has only ever had the one bodyguard. Giovanni is dedicated to the doctor, for reason that will become clear.

Eakran’s Experiments (Annual): “When Giovanni Montovanni was young, he would stare at birds in his yard and listen to the sounds they made. He was captivated by their music and he would stare blankly into the lush scenery of his yard that his father tended dutifully throughout the temperate spring and into the hot summer months of Raleigh, North Carolina.”

Alia and Wendy gather the troops as they head toward confrontation with Eakran. He seems to be the source of their troubles, but a disembodied voice is casting doubts.

Ghostbusters (Limited Series): “The first souls drawn to the balance since the resurrection should be arriving there in a time that correlates to three Earth days. Once they hit, those souls will be gone forever, inaccessible to your realm, to your mediums.”

The dynamic duo are in serious trouble. The upgraded Desperation has seriously hurt Clay, and Ivan is working hard to find help. Why is all this happening? Why is Desperation so determined and strong? There are forces at play from beyond this realm and they are determined to take back what belongs to them.

Fusion (Diode Bk. 2): “Clay Franklin and Ivan Santana have lived in close proximity to one another for most of their lives. Clay has lived in his father’s house since he was brought home from the hospital after his birth, and Ivan had lived with his family in and around the same city since they moved to North Carolina from the west coast.”
