There is a device that contains details of all time and existence from the start and as it marches forward. This device is a God Machine; its machinations are wondrous to all sentient beings of the universe, or it would be if its existence was widely known. These are the tales from the Aeternus.
Approaching Eternity 4 (Solse and Joel in the Xx cont.)
“How much longer are you going to take with that review?” Joel asks. Solse hasn’t made any indication that he is interested in leaving their asteroid. They have been on it for two days RET now and Joel is eager to find a new spot for the device that isn’t speeding out to nothing.
“I can get lost in this forever, Joel. What we have created here, it’s beyond imagination. It makes me wonder, is this what the theoretical creator of all existence experiences in its eternal wisdom? All this life, this awareness of surroundings and interactions, violence, love and lust, and then the expanses of nothing.” Solse is moved to tears. “It’s slightly overwhelming Joel. But so beautiful.”

The brainwashing of Whadgaf Jiris continues and Liuar is having complex emotions.
Agent Red: “It’s going according to your plans Marfgad. Whether that is a sign of things going well is a question I cannot answer.”

Mass relocations rarely ever end well, and Falstraq is doing eris best to keep everyone from falling apart.
Druinte Social Society: “In the entire history of Druinte Society, no group of Druintes have ever been forcibly relocated by decree of the government. And moving families of social Druintes into the Hall of Orphans is a major shift. The Hall currently has a population of about a million, and the social Druintes will add an additional ten thousand.”

The man, Eakran, is back. I guess he really isn’t a man, but the rhyme is fun to say. He has found a friend, a like mind that he lends his talents to, but he has no idea what he will unleash on the world.
Eakran’s Experiments (One-Shots): “Before we start the tale at hand, it must be mentioned that concepts of good and evil are largely a product of the society that defines the words. For instance, most Earthlings would view the scientific experiments of the brilliant doctor as cruel, despite any significant scientific advancement that results. Earthling ideals are generally counter to the idea of human experimentation. But the Earthling practice of animal experimentation is very widely practiced, even despite a minority of Earthlings who feel the practice barbaric or cruel.”

Every conflict has two sides. Usually both parties involved have made mistakes and it’s that realization that makes reconciliation possible. But, things are never so easy for Clay and Ivan, and just as they find one another, a new threat emerges.
Love as Power (Diode Bk. 1): “For Ivan, the mysterious manifestation of the powers that allows him to levitate, glow, and control people’s bodies, can be traced back to the day of the shooting that left him in the hospital. He was only shot in the leg by the gunman who had killed his neighbors, and it seems that he survived because his powers manifested in that moment.”

It’s the debut of the Amazing Elroy and his lovely, mind-reading companion (not assistant). But the dark clouds are forming all over the Serials this week, and Kevin and Alia won’t catch a break.
Amazing Elroy (Amazing Elroy, The Magician Bk. 2): “‘Are you nervous?’ Alia asks. She and Kevin are preparing to leave their house for the beach where they will perform their first official magic show. Kevin had been muttering to himself, triple checking that they had everything they needed, and Alia can’t remember ever seeing him so worked up before.”

Having personally dealt with some things recently, I can empathize with the writer in her posts, but I’ve never been compelled to physically track someone. I guess I’m a lazy millennial stalker, if it ain’t on Facebook, I just give up.
Romances and Mazes: “I’m outside of his job right now. I’m only here because I had hoped to finally talk to him again, but I don’t believe the fantasy in my head where I boldly approach him as he walks out and insist that he let me chauffeur him. And when he finally does emerge from the building, I see him walk directly to another Uber car and I feel a pang of jealousy. I should go home.”
