The Vodun reconfigure their plans in light of the infection of the black magic users. Xêvioso gets to know the Alia, and the others get a stern wake up call from Maxx, the Superguardian.
Divine Power (acɛ 1st Tel): “The battle was closely monitored and even though our force was sizable, we were tracking everyone of you in the Meta Chamber. We know who has been infected and we know where to find them. Our team will cure everyone still alive and immediately exfiltrate them back here to the Shifting Planes.”

How has Pultine fared in Talj since the partial infection of her forces? About as well as you’d expect from the Pristine.
Wielders of the Green (The Divine Essence 2nd Tel): “Where is Pultine? Deep inside of the enemy, so deep that the communicator she’d been using no longer connects to anyone on her team. She is lost in her desire to destroy, gone completely amûk and only acting.”

The Halfyn Heir was angry the last we saw him. Ali had been lost to the Pito and he was angry at everyone for failing him. But despite his anger, the Heir is always a team player and displays advanced skills in hand magic.
Smiting Champs: “The Halfyn Heir is very familiar with a form of hand magic that is eerily similar to the hand magic that became the standard in the Fonlands for users of the technique; there is no grimoire in the Fonlands for hand magic and the formations were largely discovered through intuition and intention.”

Will the forces from the Fonlands claim victory over the dark enemy that promises to consume the Talj Junction completely? Keep reading to find out as the Crossover Event comes to a close. You won’t believe how it all wraps up.
Master’s Log 2100 (The Master of Multiversal Arcana 1st Tel): “The situation changed quickly. I went to the Shifting Planes where I had sent our forces from Talj and we were all worried about what would happen next. I was stunned thinking that Zacchaeus had been lost to the Pito and I never imagined that he, or Maria for that matter, would face a danger that outclassed them and actually threatened their lives.”

Detritus addresses the Witches of the Death Witch Coven for the first time in a long time and despite the bittersweet nature of her words, there is an undercurrent of urgency and a call to arms.
Multiversal Family Tree: “Detritus stands on the porch looking out at the water logged land around Decay’s cabin, and the newly freed Death Witches in every imaginable form, their number approaching eighty-eight but they are missing at least a dozen of the original group that the Azizas intended to banish. Detritus had called them to the swamp and most came out of curiosity to see what was to become of the Coven in this present that had forgotten them.”

Anansi had hoped to complete his last trial quickly and easily, then move on to his destiny as the Vodun of stories. But he has to go through Pultine to complete the task put to him, and Pultine doesn’t believe in easy. Not even when she was an adorable adolescent aboatia in her impressive tree house.
Star Flower (Cotton-Wood 1st Tel.): “Long ago, Anansi was stumped. He had no idea how he would avoid the wrath of the young aboatia known as Pultine and complete his last trial of delivering the petulant child to Obea at the roots of his mother’s Cotton-Wood tree.”
