This week:

The battle continues as Pultine and the warriors from the Fonlands use black magic to press their attack. But how long can the black magic offensive hold?
Welders of the Green (The Divine Essence 2nd Tel): “It is strange to see a corrupted version of herself. They are not identical in appearance; even though Pultin’s skin is dark, Pulatus’s skin is somehow darker and there are veins of corruption visible all over the surface of her skin.”
– – –
Ali and the Halfyn Heir fight the Pito alongside Adofo. The warriors are strong, but their enemy is insidious.
Smiting Champs: “Adofo and the Tara Pito engage in a furious battle and they both batter one another. Adofo’s armor is dented and acid damaged, there are pits in his skin that show that his body is sustaining substantial damage. The Tara Pito’s flowing garnets are in tatters and her body is bruised, though it is hard to tell what is damage from Adofo, the clinging black magic that Ali has been casting from his hand, or just the dark corruption that exists on all Pito-corrupted bodies.”

Zacchaeus joins Nwa Wa in her attempt to take control of the Pito using the black magic being dispersed by their fellow warriors from the Fonlands. All goes as plan, until it doesn’t.
Multiversal Family Tree: “Zacchaeus never considered himself to be a magic user. Sure, he can do extraordinary things thanks to his connection to the Needy, but he just never thought of what he was doing as the same thing that Issac, the Master of Multiversal Arcana, did when he wielded his power using spells and incantations. ”

Issac watches Maxx, the Superguardian in Talj from the Meta Chamber, and if his success is any indication, then this battle is as good as over. But the enemy won’t just fold, not even under the awesome might of the Superguardian.
Master’s Log 2100 (The Master of Multiversal Arcana 1st Tel): “What distracted me from the urgency of the gathering of Vodun was the view of Maxx the Superguardian wielding the extremely large axe-like weapon that is known as the Blight Maker. It pulses red-violet energy completely around its surface and Maxx seems to completely obliterate every Pito that he encounters.”
– – –
The Vodun regroup as the crisis builds in Talj. Can the mission be salvaged or have the forces from the Fonlands been defeated?
Divine Power (acɛ 1st Tel): “Things had been going fine in Talj, until suddenly, it very much was not. The majority of the Vodun had arrived to the Meta Chamber and were loudly discussing their next move, when the Arcana Master made a startling discovery.”

Anansi meets Pultine for the first time, and lets just say that it is a contentious meeting.
Star Flower (Cotton-Wood 1st Tel.): “Long ago, the bush of the Disc of Agê was extremely annoying to Anansi as he made his way through. The density of it made it just as difficult to climb above the ground as it was to move along it. ”
