There may be big trouble brewing in the universe, but there are very consequential things happening on Bludon as well. Minister Quy, the former Guardian and ally of Maxx the Superguardian, attends a meeting of the Ministers to deal with the fallout of the destroyed Guardian controls, and she is surprised by opposition to the Superguardian.
Gangland (Âmuk 1st Tel.): “Maxx isn’t the leader of Bludon, even if he is a powerhouse and the majority of the Guardians swore loyalty to him after the Ministers’ controls over them were destroyed, the Ministers do still exist as the elected representatives of the blues tasked with keeping order to foster a stable society for the average families and individuals who called Bludon home, and those Ministers still have Guardians loyal to them, including a majority of the R models and many of the T models.”

Zacchaeus maintains control over the black swarm in orbit over Bludon, but he can’t keep it suspended in space forever. He teams up with the Queen Rowen to deal with the swarm once and for all, but there are serious repercussions.
Soliloquy (The Deft Hands of Zacchaeus 1st Tel.): “Zacchaeus floats next to Maxx in the void of space. Zacchaeus and the Needy still have the black swarm contained within the hazy, gray containment field that is made up of the being of the Needy. Zacchaeus can feel the swarm pushing against the bounds of the barrier. He is surprised that the swarm is not composed of insects, from a distance it seems like a cloud of flies or some other winged bug, but it is only smooth black balls, millions, maybe billions of them, that move together.”

Maria recounts her first encounter with Omega, and Sao-Reyne learns that it is overwhelming destruction. Maria and the others brace themselves for the destruction headed towards them.
Best Mistake (Wazad of Outer-Spacetime 1st Tel): “A sun had recently collapsed in on itself very unexpectedly and an entire system of planets were either wiped out or soon to be. I found out that Omega had destroyed the sun after some of its followers completed some invocation across five planets and the results were disastrous.”

The Vodun, minus Lêgba, gather. Agbe tries to talk sense into her siblings. She tells them of threats from the Fonlands, challengers to the power of the Vodun. And reassure them that true Lêgba will arrive soon.
euphoria (Finding Lêgba 1st Tel.): “‘Y’all are so dumb,’ Agbe said with frustration from her seat in Xêvisoso ‘s arbitration room. All of her siblings were there and she was angry that she had been summoned. ‘You’re preoccupied with Lêgba while Fonlanders are organizing to overthrow their Vodun.’”

Ali, the Alius, is on a quest for power. Following the destruction of the feral Bludonian threat, a new evil has taken its place. Whadgaf Jiris of Wiis knows this threat, she is the only being in the universe to face it and survive.
Multiversal Family Tree : “Ali is angry and he wants to punch Whadgaf Jiris in her beak. But he knows that not reacting with anger when she provokes him makes her angry so he smiles and stands, brushing the dust from his pants. He removes the belt tied at his waist and the two sides of his shirt flap in the wind. He removes the shirt, his body glistening with sweat. The tails of the black band tied at his forehead waft long behind him showing the movement of the winds around them.”
