From the Disc of Xêvioso
The Sankofa are birds that can be found in every city of the disc. They do not speak any traditional languages and are usually kept as pets by other Fonlanders, but they are venerated for their ability to discern the truth. Sankofa have long necks and beaks, and vary in size and color. They are symbols of ancient customs of the disc because they were the first Fonlanders born on the disc of Xêvioso.
The Inkanyamba primarily swim the rainbow that circles the disc of Xêvioso, though they can sometimes be spotted flying over the castles on the discs. They have been described as large serpents with heads like horses, and their mood influences the weather in their immediate vicinity.
From the Disc of Sakpata

The Kammapa are dwellers of the mountains that consume material in order to reach maturity. The sign of Kammapa maturity is a solid, stone form; young Kammapa do not have a definite shape and they have a ravenous hunger.
From the Disc of Gû
The Kòmò are a group of what appear to be sentient iron helmet masks. They have large heads and much smaller bodies and limbs. The leader of the community next to the largest lake of the disc is kòmò and she is over eight feet tall. When she moves, it appears as though a large, elaborately carved metal helmet floats over the grass.
The Ninki Nanka live on the highest mountain of the disc, which is actually an active volcano. Ninki Nanka are large reptilian creatures, like giant snakes on four legs, with wings and the ability to breathe fire. The Ninki Nanka are said to be born of the mountain, from the mouth of the volcano, and they are believed to be made of fire.
