It seems that Alia and Kazi Fandral are on the homestretch. They have departed the Banned Regions and there’s not much left beyond the Regions. Plus, Alia and Darker experience Heaven, if you can really call it that.

The Hyperion (Amazing Alia, the Alia Bk. ^): “She sits in the copilot chair next to Kazi Fandral who understands that their recent fight must have drained her, and Alia drifts in and out of sleep, catching glimpses of the experience of her other half as Fandral navigates to the coordinates where she knows they will find SoEl and his wondrous Aeternus Machina.”

Wendy, the Brave, and Paul, the old man, are looking for a resolution to their conflict, and they go to a most unlikely person, the infamous Yuri James. Quitting his job as a detective was a game changer for Paul, and he and Wendy are ready to make a deal that will change what we knew about the PRL Heroes.

When the Dead Die (The Brave Chimutengwende Bk. 2): “Paul and Wendy are in Knoxville, Tennessee, at the home of Yuri James that is very impressive for a single man in his twenties. It is very neat and clean inside and Yuri has been a very accommodating host since they arrived.”

Maria and her friends witnessed the Kings take a devastating defeat that resulted in a King losing his crown. Now Maria and Kal fight alongside three Kings against a weapon of Representative Nuren, an Earthling that Maria recognizes, a man named Kevin, and she remembers something that Alia said to her at the very beginning of this conflict.

Further Ascension (Darker Maria Bk. 1): “Of course Alia is here, and of course we’re here. She said something when we were on the ship, before the fucking IP shot us! by the way, and at the time I thought it was just Alia being Alia, but it makes so much sense now. As soon as I realized it was you, I remembered what she said. ‘We all have places to be. Just go along and stay alive.’ She’s in space, but I don’t know where. I do trust that whatever she’s doing, it won’t collapse a whole civilization and lead to chaos. I bet that collapsing a civilization is the opposite of what she’d want you to do, and she would fight you to stop it.”

Coyotl learns some secrets of the universe and honestly, he doesn’t care all that much. He’d secure in his existence, and there’s a pretty woman. Or there was one.

Tales from the Quinspace Series 4: “Coyotl and the woman spent a lot of time together while he enjoyed Quinspace Eel. It really was a nice place to call home and he could forget about whatever stress Anansi had been talking about. Conversations with the single-horned Ascendant woman made him feel better about the state of things.”

Frial is in the thicke of the Fhetat War and he is surrounded by heroic beings of the universe eager to defend the Fhetat against the IP’s aggressions. He is eager to help, but struggling to find his place.

Agent Red: The Captive (Limited Series):  “Frial feels left out in all of this strategizing and he is eager to do something with his newfound hero status. But he can only listen for now.”

So many crowns, so much chaos. The war continues as the remaining Kings make plans to stop the seemingly dominant Representative Nuren. But the Kings are mighty and they will not go down without a fight. And they have all-star back up.

Universal Family Tree: “King Sao-Reyne and Cras-myne Re stand before holograms of the six remaining Kings with crowns. Sao-Reyne and Re stand with the Queen Ravelith, a hologram of Eakran, Whadgaf Jiris, and Kazi Lograt who arrived with the forces of the Region about a cycle after Whadgaf.”
