Hey there! It’s been a while since Volume I wrapped up and in that interim, your good friends Wes, Max, and myself have been busy planning the Halloween Special Issues. I know I said “all October long”, but I should have said “all October latter half” which is what you can expect. Issue 1 of the Halloween Special goes live tomorrow night so get ready for that, and we’ll do two more issues in the coming weeks, leading up to the fourth and final Friday, October 31 Issue. I know that Friday the 13th is supposed to be unlucky, but what about Friday the 31?
I also know that it’s past midnight and I’m writing this post, but nightmares have been keeping me up at night lately. I had a dream recently that I was being chased by a person that meant to kill me. I remember running and eventually I hid in a storm drain. I was lying in filth, hoping it was all worth it, and then my heart sank when I saw a shadow move into my view and boots slosh through the filth in my direction. Just as a huge machete swung in at my face, I jumped awake to the sound of my alarm.

Max will continue the PRL Legacy Series, Silas in Hell, about Silas who goes to hell every time he goes to sleep.
I will debut part one of my tribute to Lovecraft and Chambers, a weird story called Illuminatos (rhymes with Cheetos, latin for The Enlightened according to Google Translate), about a website that changes people.
Wes and Max worked on the debut of The Golem, the story of a woman determined to conquer the darkness.
I’m going to try to get some sleep now; I just hope that machete doesn’t turn up again.
